Blackburn and Darwen BSF Contract Win - 07/10/2009
Balfour Beatty has been successful with their bid for the Blackburn and Darwen BSF contract which could mean millions of pounds in sales for Thorpe Kilworth during 2011 and 2012.This project is in Wave 4 of the BSF programme which means work will start on site next year. The scheme will start with two sample schools:
Pleckgate High School – new build
Darwen Vale – 65% new build/35% remodelling
